This agreement supercedes any other verbal, written, or printed agreement or any other undertaking relating to any transaction(s) entered into with The Million Dollar Bill Guys Inc., the owners and operators of this website.
- www.mychirobill.com reserves the right to modify this site and its Agreement of Sale and Purchase at any time without prior notice. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued for difference in price due to price drop.
- www.mychirobill.com is not responsible for any typographical errors and pictorial representations in our advertisements. Corrections will be made as soon as we become aware of the error.
Method of Payment
- All orders must be prepaid in advance and made by Cash, Money Order or Credit Card; we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through our secure online shopping cart. Personal and business checks will not be accepted. There are absolutely no exceptions. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for delayed production of a job due to non-payment.
- All payments will be cleared before order(s) are processed and shipped.
Order Processing
- Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, provided there are no problems with the security verfication. All orders placed AFTER 4:00PM MONDAY through FRIDAY and on SATURDAY and SUNDAY will be processed the next business day. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Delivery days are Monday through Friday. We cannot refund shipping charges once the shipment goes out. We do not take responsibility for lost or delayed arrivals on packages due to any situation caused by a shipping courier.

Quantity Variations
- Most of the time we will deliver exactly the amount that you ordered. On occasion, we may deliver slightly more than what you ordered, for no additional charge. However, occasionally we may deliver slightly fewer pieces than you ordered. Printing industry trade standards allow for underages of up to 10%. We feel that number is unexceptable and choose to make it 1%. If you are doing a mailing and need to receive the exact amount ordered, it is best to communicate this to us at the time you place your order. Unless specified in the initial order, under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for a quantity that was shorted less than 1%.
Copy and Design Errors
- We we will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part. We are also not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words in any files or information submitted by customers or jobs approved by customers upon design completion. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for an error in the file submitted, or the design that was approved, after proof confirmation on the customization page has been authorized and submitted.
Shipping
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. www.mychirobill.com will not be responsible or liable for the loss or damage to any package(s) left at the buyer's premises by the carrier. The buyer is responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment, unclaimed goods and undeliverable packages. www.mychirobill.com will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we are not liable or responsible for delayed or lost shipments.
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within two business days.
Warranty
- All defective return requests must attach a copy of the original sales invoice or will be void. www.mychirobill.com is not responsible for any physical damage done to the product in transit when items are returned. Customer may return defective on arrival (DOA) product within 15 days from the date of invoice. All products returned for exchange which are determined not to be covered by the warranty, due to non-compliance with the Terms of Use will be refused or returned upon receipt at purchaser's expense.
Returns
- Defective Product Exchange is returned to www.mychirobill.com at customer's expense. For all Defective Product returns, the customer prepays return shipping. www.mychirobill.com will pay return freight to the customer. Only "one-for-one" defective exchanges are permitted as all items are custom printed, there will be no refunds issued.
- Because of limitations with our printing process, the accuracy of cutting is not guaranteed and by placing an order with us you agree to this limitation. The bills are printed in groups on a sheet and are slightly oversize. They are cut inside slightly to aviod excess from the bill next to it. We accept no responsibility for size variations between bills below 1/8". The cuts can also slide up, down, left or right up to 1/8" in either direction. Image is out of center by having less than 1/8" border on any one edge, on either side of the bill. For an item to be declared defective it must meet at least one of the following criteria: Custom printed information is not accurate as to what was confirmed in the email proof; Image has less than 1/8" border from the main copy area of the bill on any one edge on either side; Image is skewd by more than 1/8" on any one edge due to page rotation during cutting. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for cutting or size variations that have occurred during the printing process within these specifications. Any bills to be declared defective due to printing, cutting or any other type of physical damage will be at the sole discretion of www.mychirobill.com.
- Due to potentially questionable, fraudlent, or deceptive practicies of others, www.mychirobill.com reserves the right to refuse any and all defective exchange requests at it's own discretion.
- All defective exchange requests must be submitted WITHIN 15 Days from the original invoice date. Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by www.mychirobill.com. The buyer is responsible to determine the suitability and compatibility of the item(s) ordered.
- Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, all unclaimed packages will be disposed of. Notification will be sent to the purchaser according to the information we have on file. Payment for all further shipping attempts are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be prepaid before shipment.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before final email confirmation. After an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. No shipping charges will be refunded.
- If you request to cancel an order via email, we may not receive it in time. Please call 708-692-1007 immediately before processing begins.
- www.mychirobill.com is not responsible for any incompatibility issues.
Privacy
- www.mychirobill.com will not sell or share any personally identifiable information to any outside parties EXCEPT as required by Law. All personal financial information obtained from our website will be used for order processing and fulfillment purposes only.
- All purchasing transactions on our website are done through the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Technology.
Fraud Protection
- TO HELP PREVENT CREDIT CARD FRAUD, www.mychirobill.com CAN ONLY SHIP ORDERS TO A VERIFIABLE ADDRESS.
